Someone was supposed to be onsite to provide keys to the truck I rented. No one was onsite. I chatted with U-Haul, and the keys for the truck I rented were not in any of the lock boxes. The U-Haul rep had to change my reservation to a larger truck that had keys in one of the lock boxes. Due to the larger size, the truck got stuck at the bottom of my steepish driveway and roadside assist had to come out to move the truck. The furniture pads I ordered were missing and the truck was dirty with debris.
