Easy drop off, helpful staff
Devon GEverything went smoothly renting and returning the U haul truck we rented. The agent was very nice , organized and patient with us . The billing and emails were fast and efficient as well. We will definitely rent again in the near future.
gary eCustomer service was very helpful helping me locate the keys and getting in the truck. The return wasn't so great but all in all it was a good experience, watch out for gas though!
Dusti FEven though no one was physically there they reached out through text and I contacted them and the process of getting the rental truck went smoothly. Although the truck was dirty in the back and a little on the inside it was ok overall.
