Very disappointed in the lack of communication. I requested a appliance dolly. It was not with the truck when I went to pick up. There was not one available so it was just taken off without notifying me. Had issues with the online pick up. will not use again. Not work the money spent.

My experience was great. The front desk attendant took her time and thoroughly went over important items with me. She was friendly and polite which made my rental experience pleasant and easy. She should get a raise for good customer service.
GIOVANNI WThis place is has a hill and a very small parking lot. Was unable to load up the car onto the auto transport trailer. Had to go to a different U-Haul location to upload the vehicle.
MICHAEL DThe person who registered me was really rude and not helpful.She has no customer service skills at all, even she has worked there for years.I know because I also has a storage unit there for 4 years now. They had no moving equipment available. We had to load our furniture without a dolly smh
