Its a Vape store, convenience store, gas station all rolled into one small building with just one person running it all. Waited forever for him to come take pictures so I could get the trailer hooked up and get on the road. Very unprofessional.

Broken strapes, neglected to attach chains to vehicle, tail lights hanging out by wires, truck full of roaches, improperly loaded vehicle. Tried to used thin personal straps on my vehicle, area manager had to intervene and replace equipment parts, 2 hours delay in hot sun. Store over charged my card. Did not get correct hand truck.
