Truck had trash in the cab and in the back of the truck. Very disappointed in paying as much as I did for a dirty truck.

The location seemed very sketchy. When entering the establishment I was told I needed to make an online reservation, which is fine when I went to make the reservation inside the shop I was constantly being rushed by the owner whenever I try to inquire about the pricing or how to fill the vehicle with gas none of my questions were answered. When driving to U-Haul, a lot of lights were lit up on the dashboard ( low tire sign, check engine, etc). The actual U-Haul ran perfectly fine, but I was upset when I got charged additional for the gas when I asked if it needs to be specific and the store owner did not answer my questions. I would get a U-Haul again, but I would do it at a different location.
CARLY EWhen I reserved the truck I requested no insurance but I realized after picking up the truck that I was still charged $60 for insurance. My pickup location was also changed without me being informed so I wasted a bunch of time and uber money to get from one u-haul location to the next.
KYLAR JI never got an invoice / refund . Van was low on gas asked me to fill it up more than what it was when i got it . Told me I would get invoice in 5-10 mins after I left , i never received it . Driver door open, low tire pressure and oil change were on the dashboard , they did not take care of the car at all.
