The truck wasn't too clean, although not enough to complain about. It's a convenience store and if you're checking in via the mobile app, not much time to ask questions, etc., There was no mention of filling gas, etc., I put 15 miles on the truck total, and the gauge didn't move, yet you charged me over $15. for gas? Also, I specifically declined the $5.00 Safe Trip of whatever, charge and yet was charged for it anyway. I would have stopped to put gas in had I known you were charging me. I'm going to relay all in a Google Review that I just mentioned to you, as the counter folks that represent you didn't take any time to talk with me either before the rental or after I turned the truck back about my issues.

The initial employee that I dealt when I stated my reservation with was rude and even threw the keys and paperwork at me on July 23 at 5:13 pm. He treated me like I was a chore when I asked how to return the furniture dolly and the truck; just make sure multiple times that the dolly was returned to the inside. The gentleman when I returned was gracious about how long it took me to return and just accepted my keys. I would never recommend anyone to utilize this place for the rude service I received.
SHELBY MOrganizing the parking lot so the trucks can get in and out easer wouldn’t hurt…

ANTONIO CFirst of all, this location is similar to just about every uhaul rental place I’ve ever been. They are always in the dodgiest convenient stores in the worst neighborhoods. This one is no exception. But my biggest complaint with U-Haul experience isn’t the dodgy convenience stores - it is the many many hoops you’ve added to the process. This estimate your mileage ahead of time scam is bullshit. It inevitably forces everyone to pay for additional miles. The take a selfie is bullshit too. The entire online experience, calling my wife to confirm my identity is just ridiculous. It is as if you are doing everything you can to drive people from renting from you. If you want to do a one time security check on me and grant me a pass to rent that would be a much better system but to jump through all these hoops when trying to pick up a truck is absurd.
