I rented a trailer from this location dropped it off and it was supposed to get turned in after I drop it off but instead I got a call letting me know I needed to extend my contract on a trailer I dropped off at1035 am today and to make the situation worst I was billed twice one in Texas and the other in Shreveport Louisiana how is this possible I rented this trailer for one day and it's cost me now almost $500 you tell me will you be happy with the experience not happyJAMAAL G M.
The oil line and oil cooler on the engine wasn't properly installed after a recent repair and it blew its oil all over the road 4 hours after I got the truck. I've spent HOURS on the phone, on hold, trying to get through to road side assistance and trying to get this resolved. Then on top of that, U-Haul has been charging me every damn day while that truck was out! You folks towed it away a week ago!!! On the rental contracts there has got to be an actual, direct line to the rental location. The fact that the phone number only routes to a National call center is fucking retarded. Was charged for miles I didn't use and gas also. Very poor customer service at this location. I had to go find the truck in my own they were to lazy to bring it up front for me. Acted like it was a burden to rent me a truck. I will never use uhaul again nor recommend them to anyonenick M.

My only issue was with dropoff. No one was there to meet me, and it wasn't very clear what to do. I went inside, and the associate said someone would meet me at the truck. Once someone came, it was pretty easy. There was just a delay and I wasn't sure if I could leave the truck or not.LACEY D.

I reserved a 10 ft Uhaul from another place... I got there about an hour late because I am coming from 6 hours away. When I arrived the Uhaul I reserved was gone. I ended up having to go to another place to get one. Unfortunately.... they only had a 15 ft one (WAY TO BIG) that they could give me. Sure they gave it to me at the same price... unfortunately tho..I only needed 10ft one because my daughter did not have that much stuff. So we tried really hard to pack her things where they would not have wiggle room. This did not work and several of her items broke on the way home (6 hours away). I am completely NOT satisfied with someone being able to just take a truck that has been reserved already. The owner of Chilly Mart in Dallas was very apologetic and did send me to the Harry Hines location.CHRISTINA M.

I would suggest that when someone reports a vehicle issue that it be addressed appropriately such a broken windshield to mark it or note it. As I the customer did report it on the portal as a dispute with the picture but the return location said it was not noted. Per CW & George they were aware and took care of the situation in confirming it was broken when we picked it up. Thank you.LEAH R.
