I called to rent an enclosed trailer and the representative was friendly and knew what she was doing. I checked in online and spent only 10 min getting the trailer. All the associates were friendly and did a great job getting me fixed up. The trailer was in great shape and when I was through with it, the return process couldn’t have been any easier. The cost of the trailer was very reasonable as well.

I had to go 10 miles out of my way to pick up my trailer because at the last minute my original location was "out". What happened to transferring equipment to another location to make a customer happy? Trailer I rented was disgusting inside. I had to hose it out before I could use it

The online process wasn't good at all. Even the location complained about the process as well. It was an older truck so pretty beat up on the outside and the inside smelled good yet could tell the cup holder hand't been cleaned in some time still had spilled drinks left over. Thanks, Colin

Kaleb's customer service skills needs to be severely improved. He either doesn't know what he is doing or he lied. Everyone else there makes renting seem effortless, especially when I use express checkout.

The assistant manager that was in charge was truly awful to his coworker. He was demeaning the entire time. I can’t imagine the associate he was berating lasting long with that terrible person bossing him around. I hope this finds the right person to get someone involved to help those at that store.

My trucks odometer reading was incorrect. It reflected higher than actual, which caused issues when closing out the ticket.

We checked in online with the help of our uhaul person back in Dallas and it was supposed to be so easy and fast to go pick it up since we did that. First we had to wait for someone to come help us and then They didn't even know we were supposed to pick up a truck AND, they didn't have any pads at all and we had to wait for them to go across town and get some...we were there an hour at least waiting and checking out. Horrible experience...The truck was clean that's about the only good thing I can say.

When I booked the truck, online, it gave me an address to pick it up at. When I arrived, I was told this was not the correct place, that I had to go to another location, 2.5 miles from this one. I had a friend drop me off. So I had to call him to return in order to take me to the "other" location. Why was I told on address on the net, at time of booking, and another address upon arrival?

The guy at the front desk got a very bad attitude, he is working so slow and it really looks like he is always in a bad mood, it's not the first time that I'm taking a truck from this location and he is always like that

Be sure battery is checked- We had to jump the battery to start the truck Saturday morning. There was a period buzz/ringing with no gauge problems during the trip- like a warning ringing--- Good overall trip

My original pick up was scheduled at the 11061 Harry Hines location. I arrived about 10:00, there was a sign on the door that it was closed. I immediately called U-haul. Of no one knew what was going on. I was sent to this location. This store was by far the nicest U-haul I have ever been to. The staff very friendly, store very clean, all the trucks very clean. Overall a very good experience!

Explain in more detail how the credit card works and the procedure.Do not tell people the bank will have a hold on the card for 2 to 3 working days after the uhaul is rented.I think thats wrong.
