After checked in, had to wait another 40 minutes for truck to be available. Staff behind counter did not practice social distancing or wearing facial mask. Billing system was flawed, got double charge on mileage. Had to call to correct the bill myself.

Simply put, the general manager has a stiff attitude that doesnâ€™t go well with customer service. I watched him get short with the customer in front of me because he insisted on calling the â€œemergency contactâ€, and the gentleman didnâ€™t want him to call his 80 year old mother, at 7am, and wake her up. He then proceeded to have the same attitude with me when I started asking why he was doing that. Iâ€™m a mover for a major van lines, North American/Sirva, and we only use U-Haul when our tractor trailers will not fit into tight residential locations. So this is the first time Iâ€™ve had this happen, outside of mobile pickup, so I was surprised he was being so rude and insistent. The CUSTOMER in front of me had a legitimate concern. But the general managers answer to that concern was â€œI can just cancel your reservation and you can do something different. Or you can give me a numberâ€.
The employees were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. I have rented trailers from this location several times and the experience has been great every time.
Check in was a complete shit show. That should be corrected.
I reserved the rilr for 3 days but only used one day and I got a credit back for the other two days. That was a nice surprise

I go to about 15 U-Hauls a month. This was by far the worst location/experience I have ever had at U-Haul. Employees had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Took me almost 2 hours to get the truck with absolutely nobody else in line.
Better overall organization of staff and duties would help make the drop off process less confusing.

My son and I rented a 17ft Uhaul w/ pads, two wheel dolly on 9/16 to move out of my home. We picked up the truck at 9am and headed out to my home, as we got close to home we received an urgent emergency phone call from a family member. The emergency was such that we needed to postpone the move and get to the family asap. My son immediately called Uhaul and explained to them what was going on, the lady at Corporate Uhaul was very understanding but advised us the best thing we could do was return the truck to where we picked it up and speak to the manager John Riley. We took the truck back to where we rented and explained that we had not even opened the doors and we would like to try to get some of our money back. John Riley looked at us and said "you drove the truck off the lot no refund or partial refund". We were not looking for a full refund we understood we had tied the truck up for an hour or so. I do not recommend this particular UHaul office at all, they have no heart and no compassion.
Passenger mirror would not stay so it'd blow outward constantly. Literally could not see off that mirror and just had to avoid lane changes to the right the entire time. Arm rest was also broken on driver side. Key would get stuck in ignition and we'd have to jiggle it constantly to get it out. Tried to pick up initially and no one was inside and I couldn't find anyone outside. Tried to just pickup through the app and it's absolutely terrible. Would barely load and a million menus when it's 100 degrees outside. Terrible experience overall. The only nice thing was the guy that finally helped us pick it up initially, can't remember his name but said he just started.

Major issues from start to finish. Truck was not properly inspected before being given to me and had a nonfunctional turn signal/brake light. Delayed my trip for two hours because we did not notice until we started driving. Returned the car dolly after two days then when I went to return the truck two days after that they said we had not returned the car dolly. Told us we would have to pay for the dolly until they realized it was lent to someone else. Then today I was left a voicemail that the truck wasn't returned! I will be avoiding your company whenever possible in the future.
Initial truck that was given to me had a dead battery. Had to spend an extra 30 minutes checking both trucks and talking to u-haul worker to get another truck. furniture dolly was also not preloaded in truck and had to get it myself.
The retail store & staff were great. The customer service phone line staff, need work. I received a lot of mis-information or info I needed but they did not tell me. Which was frustrating.
Provide lock and keep that are attached to vechicle.
nothing that i notice at this point, everything is good.
Van had streaks and smudges on it. Had to have undocumented marks cataloged by employee before we left. Wash the equipment please. No one was there to return the equipment to.
