The staff is friendly and helpful. The halls in the storage building are swept out and well lit. They also do a good job with truck rentals. Unfortunately, they have numerous homeless people using the property as a place to hang out, and even sleep there. The management knows there’s a problem, but they haven’t stopped it. One time I came in early in the morning, and there were several of them sitting inside the building that is climate controlled, eating breakfast. One of them (who appeared to be a prostitute) was applying her makeup. All of them looked like drug addicts. On the days I was moving out, earlier this week, I left one night near closing time, and came back in the morning. When I arrived, there was a pile of drink cans and food wrappers on the floor, and a doggy pad with a pile of poop on it. This happened between closing and opening, so the property is not secure at night. I began carrying a firearm when going to that storage unit. I’ve had rentals there for 20 years, and the issue with homeless people using the storage units in this way has only become an issue in recent years. Considering they raised my rental fees dramatically in the last few years, they should at least clean it up.
