The store rep came out to personally give me issues from the moment I got there. First he told me the lot was full and I couldn’t park the truck there after I moved the truck to fit his liking he still complained insisting I back it in. After going back and forth about how I wasn’t backing it in because it’s not a requirement he insisted I bring the key to him in the store instead of what’s instructed through the drop off instructions. When I insisted on giving him the key or coming anywhere near him because he was making me uncomfortable and scared he proceeded to stare me down as if no one was around or watch he would’ve did something to me. Definitely would not recommend this location in the further especially for young ladies like myself simply trying to utilize a service that fits my schedule. Definitely look into him the footage and the harassment being made to your customers!
