I was very upset with the insurance transaction. I was asked if I wanted insurance naturally I choose yes. I was told a price and it was said 3 different times. Because it took me going to this company two different times just to rent the box truck. What I'm extremely upset about is I thought the insurance price was a flat set rate and the way I understood it. To my surprise when dropping it off. What I thought was a $89 dollar bill turned into a $488 dollar bill. That's when I was told that price is charged every day that you have the uhaul. I asked why I wasn't told this and I got no response. I asked several times with no response. Simply wouldn't say. I've known the owner of this business since I was a kid always liked him. But it wasn't him that I rented if from. One of his employees.
