Price increased by 100 for no reason. Gas hauge was less than stated. App would not work properly, received equipment over an hour late. Business would not answer the phone to assist. Uhaul hours of operation made them unavailable to call at pickup. Never received $25 clean vehicle refund when the vehicle was immaculate. Returned equipment almost 3 days early, it feels unfair to get no money back on rental charges.

John RNo one answers the phone number that appears on the site, outside there is a padlock with a code to obtain the key that opens the vehicle's tank and there is no information from U-Haul through the App. I had to call customer service And I didn't have that information either, they charged me a surcharge because trying to store the Truck I missed the delivery time. Very bad coordination with that deposit.
