The Uhaul was dirty, There was mud all over the ouside, Inside the cabin and driving area as well as inside the cargo area. The Uhaul smelt like dead fish, was smoked in and was honestly gross.

Jennifer JIt took 48 minutes to check in and get my keys. The truck was dirty!!!
Belinda SGot there and could not get the truck until numerous calls to troubleshoot the issue with location on my mobile device. Was transferred to Uhaul services via phone where the wait time was from 5 to 30 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting and calling I finally got the key and was able to leave the location.
