The entire app ordeal was a mess. My appointment changed at nearly the last minute to 40 miles further got to the location and it was a 15 foot truck instead of a 10 footer like I ordered. Was told to go to another location to get the 10 footer but was given the wrong address had to call again and finally got the right address. Arrived at location only to be given the run around for almost an hour until with the help of a representative finally was able to access the keys. I dont recommend using U-Haul online mobile app. Very dissatisfied.

Ashley EThis is a self storage place, and there is nobody there to answer questions. My pickup was supposed to be in person, not remote. I had to call the toll free number and it took close to a half hour before I was able to get on my way.
Kurt BThe Uhaul was dirty, There was mud all over the ouside, Inside the cabin and driving area as well as inside the cargo area. The Uhaul smelt like dead fish, was smoked in and was honestly gross.
