First time renting, the U-Haul was not assigned to me in time. This was before the store would open so I had to wait another hour till they opened to pick up the truck. Second time renting, we were not informed on the combination lock for the rear door. I arrived at my location and noticed the lock. Called the location but they had closed. Was able to get help through U-Haul’s customer service. Next time I will go directly through U-Haul and not a third party location.
ROLANDPAUL VTruck was filthy inside and out. There was half of a sandwich and wrapper left behind the driver seat.. My husband followed me in his car and discovered that the left taillight and blinker were not working. About halfway to destination,, check engine light came on. Was not told to follow a link for inspection pictures prior to leaving the facility and the link had expired by the time we got home.

MICHAEL MService light was on. Gas was less than we were told. Left message on voicemai with store to let them Know Returned with exact amount of gas or more, then we started with but was charged almost $10 for gas.
