U-Haul messed up and overbooked for the weekend so they made me drive an hour out of my way to rent this truck in the middle of nowhere. They said this was the closest one for me, and it was a 20' instead of a 10' like I wanted. That of course meant more gas expense for me. I didn't have someone to drive me, so I had to take my car out to Danville, pick up the truck, leave my car there, drive the truck to Zanesville (where I was from) and load it, drive it back to Danville and leave it at the location overnight so I could drive my car back to Zanesville and my brother came to pick up the truck in Danville for our move up to Cleveland. Altogether, it was an extra four hours of driving, 180 miles out of my way. The only compensation I got from U-Haul was an extra day of the rental that I didn't need or want. The attendant at Mulisano Motorworks was friendly enough, but there was no formal check in procedure and no photos were taken of the truck for my pick up.
