No one was there for me to return the truck. I spoke to a guy on the phone an he told me if I would wait 2-3 hrs he would be there an if not put my key n the box an hung up on me. When they owed me $100 this was the worst customer service I've ever had!!!

Staff the office so customers get their vehicle ON TIME!
Gary PDrop location was wrong in the system. Person at Drop off location saw me returning the trailer at 5Pm, closed and locked the door and did not answer when I knocked at 5:05, and never checked the trailer the next day so I was charged 2 additional days.
