I ordered furniture pads but this location did not have them. They also did not make sure the dolly was in the truck, I had to go back and ask for it. They were not prepared.

GEORGE GThe lock box are in the back of the building - Not safe for a woman to be in the back - the boxes are high - not convenient for some one under 5' - the combination to the lock hard to turn and to see the letters. over all took me almost 1 hour before I can get my keys. My hand cart was not placed in the truck
