Scheduled an in person pick up. Only to find they were closed and didnt have thr combination to pick up the key for the lock box. Had to call a number they had posted and talk to a lady who was very helpful and contacted the guy. Took about 30 mins to pickup rhe truck in addition to taking pictures of everything before leaving. It was not the ideal experience.
