Customer service was horrible . The lady was rude and not understanding . I had a low tire that morning which caused me to be 30 minutes past my pick up time and when asked could she update it she said no. She took other people on the middle of checking me out so didn’t leave til about 950am. Truck was a little sticky in the inside and gas was a little below what was marked. She was also short and rude when i returned the truck . I asked her to hold off charging me two rentals because i was on the phone with customer service and she hurried up and did it anyway . When asked questions about charges she told me didn’t you get the receipt . So no i will not use this location nor recommend it .
VANITY MThis is my 2nd time renting from this location and I do not appreciate the clerk at the counter adding safe move to my rental without asking me if I wanted it. I had already booked my rental online and when I went in to get the key he edited my rental without my knowledge. I will never rent from this location again. This is so unethical to make changes to my contract I already completed and not tell me. I only saw this additional charge after I l received the final receipt when the rental was completed and I had already left the store. I will not recommend this shady location to anyone! My booking I completed did not have a safe move and I want my $15.00 refund.
