I had the truck back before noon on 6/8/26. When I finally got my receipt it stated 3:02 pm. I turned the key on so the lady could see the gauges, she climbed in the truck to see gauges. I didn’t get back in the truck. She had problems with the check in app. I called the 800 number for U-Haul, they said the system was experiencing problems. Anyway I left later I received a phone call inquiring about the key to the truck, it was still in the truck from when she was looking at the gauges.

Cathy CI was charged for a dolly uses and there was no dolly with this rental. And since I did the mobile pick up pass operation hours I had to go buy a dolly myself which cost $100.00
