I have been charged for insurance I did not want and told the lady that I did not. I was told when I rented the truck that it was 0.79 a mile and at the end I was charged 0.99 a mile. The mileage and gas was wrong when I got the truck and when I brought to there attention they wrote on my paper where I rented the truck and said they would fix it when I returned the truck instead they did nothing. I do not recommend this location at all they are not set up with computers to see what you're getting nor the charges they have personal cell phones only. Not a good location nor polite people!
