The “mobile” pickup is a pain - it is a poor app (not the locations fault) If the app worked more smoothly it would be awesome The location is easy to get to and clearly Accesssible.
Kat FI would have rather dealt with an actual person. I will never do this again.
colin KI’m not sure of it was a service area issue with my phone or what. I had to try to upload my picture to the app about 6 six times . I gave up on the pics I was suppose to take of the tick to inspect damages
