HD was so accommodating and friendly. The truck got stuck in the driveway from a snow plow on streets from city and worker John came out and got it unstuck so fast and easy. Loved the whole experience!!! Have rented before and will rent again from this location!!!

Ricky SPerson at desk could not speak English and could not provide the service. Called someone on the phone. Didn’t walk vehicle with me or even escort me to truck. This location denied me, a 20yr veteran, a military discount. No washer fluid. Windshield full of bugs. Could not give me a paper copy of the contract. I did not know about the over mileage charge or what my max mileage . Contract was emailed to me but who can read all that language on a small phone screen. Clearly a side hustle for this location
nancy gThe place is totally disgusting!! The guy that answers the doorbell, wait 2 minutes during the day or 5 minutes at night could speak no English. He called someone and we had to try to understand him over the speaker phone to get the truck. The original guy had to call him back several times for us to hear him and it was never a good connection. The truck was OK, needs a taillight fixed, it's only half lit, and the cab was kind of dirty with debris on the floors. When I returned it, they were coating the parkiing lot of the nasty motel. Thankfully they were still in the back and I had a place to pull in. Noone answered the door in the 2 minutes, so I started checking in on my app. The guy then came outside and once again had to try to talk over the phone with someone. A busy traffic area, so we couldn't understand anything. Just kind of a bad situation all around. But the truck worked fine and we got our move done.
