My origional pick up location five miles from home didn't have the 20-foot truck I had confirmed. As a result, I had to drive to the DeFuniak location 34 miles one way. The pickup location had trash bags lying next to the trailer that clearly a few racoons or other animals were enjoying. Grass was almost to my knees, my rental vehicle was not cleaned (sand, spilled coffee in the tray, empty "Monster" cans).

2 trailers both had bugs

Elizabeth lThis company was hard to get a hold of and they closed at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. They made me do a mobile pick up after I showed up and no one was there. There was no cell service so I couldn’t upload photos. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my friend or enemy. While I was there someone else showed up and they had the same problem I did and I had to help them rent their truck and I don’t even work for U-Haul. It was a bad situation all the way around.
