How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged $12 for fuel and it had more in it when I returned it than when I picked it up. I should not have been charged.
Stacey MMy origional pick up location five miles from home didn't have the 20-foot truck I had confirmed. As a result, I had to drive to the DeFuniak location 34 miles one way. The pickup location had trash bags lying next to the trailer that clearly a few racoons or other animals were enjoying. Grass was almost to my knees, my rental vehicle was not cleaned (sand, spilled coffee in the tray, empty "Monster" cans).
