I wasn’t notified via call or app or email that my rental had been moved to this location. When I called I was told I would be called back in 35 minutes. A separate loaning location which didn’t have a vehicle for me gave me a direct line to call. I was disconnected 3 times before someone was able to let me know where my rental was to be picked up. I suggest if a pickup location changes that you contact the renter before pick up time not an hour afterwards, because the renter can’t get through to U-Haul. The representatives I spoke with were very helpful and courteous, but the overall experience of trying to locate my rental, which was not at the designated pick up spot was terrible.

U-Haul was a mess, dry rotted tire that was halfway low on air (39/80 psi) and had items from last user. We were told to bring the items inside and take pictures of the balls of human or dog hair, dirt, broken hangers in the back of the truck. We were also told to take it to a tire shop to fill the tires ourselves. Now we have an unknown charge pending for 62 dollars a week later and no one will answer the phone at the office.
