when I picked up the U-Haul and when I dropped it off showing how many miles until empty. Someone needs to fix this before I call my credit card company and have the charge reversed. Very disappointing and poor customer service!

EDWARD TSomething was wrong with it, it used $25-$30 more than the same size Truck I used a week before for the Same trip. There was a rat. I think it was coming from the drive train. I’m not sure where the noise was coming from but it missed really bad. Had a bad mess and used way too much fuel.. I told him about it in Kingsport, Tennessee when I dropped the truck off that the truck needed to be put in a shop because I was worried the whole trip it was gonna tear up or breakdown!!!!
