They dont answer their phones, made it difficult to extend, made it difficult to return. Made me fold the moving blankets in front of their store in order to not get charged $25.
KEVIN CThe clerk at Joywill was so helpful. He showed me how to use the U Haul app to check in and then when I brought the van back early, he assured me that it was OK and I'd get credit for the time I didn't use. Overall a very good experience.
