SEVERINO DThe van worked fine but was not clean. Not terribly dirty, but not clean. The pickup and drop off process took longer than I expected but the people were friendly
HELEN SI wasn’t sure why I was getting an email letter stating that I needed to return the Truck or further action would be taken? I returned the Truck at the same time that I took the truck. I was outside putting gas. I left the truck clean, but I did not appreciate that email. The employee inside was a nice young gentleman.
