Worse than ever happened to U-haul because didnt get the truck where i booked so they change my location its far and never going to use Uhaul again

I was charged for safemove despite specifically declining coverage when I set up the rental. This additional unauthorized charge essentially doubled the cost of the rental.

VICTOR OMazinho was very helpful and kind. Answered my questions, while having a busy location, all with a smile on his face. AC worked great and truck was very clean.
Bryan AThis was not the location for the truck, it was moved. Then the new location didn't have any blankets which we ordered. They also gave us a larger truck at no charge, but it required more gas. Overall I have to say that I'm not pleased!
