I showed up to my reservation early and did not get the truck for another hour because the directions were so unclear and then once I figured it out, both lockboxes were empty and missing keys. I could barely get in touch with anyone for assistance and then once the guy finally came out out of the gas station, he was rude and not helpful and did not care for the inconvenience at all. From there, they were trying to tell me that I didn’t pay for the second dolly, which was clearly in my email reservation and they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, there were also no directions on where to leave your car. The location is extremely inconvenient and trying to find parking on an extremely busy one way road just makes the whole moving experience that much more frustrating. The trucks were parked so close because of the small gas station lot, that I had to climb through the passenger side to even get in the truck. I wish I could give this zero stars, the location is horrendous and they made my moving experience extremely unpleasant. They did not apologize or try to compensate me in anyway, just proceeded to give me more issues. I will never ever ever return again.
