When I return vehicle, there was no check in or receipt given. When I received email receipt, it had $14 plus tax charge for insurance coverage which I had declined. Sent email to Uhaul on same day (four days ago) and have not received response. Will decline charge if it appears on my credit card.

I’m not sure as to why vendor didn’t check truck for mileage used nor for any damage, where there was none. I’m concerned about final billing since I drove less miles than anticipated .

Joyce was rude. She gave the wrong directions, told me to look them up. Then, she kept me there for 20 minutes accusing me of having a dolly. We even called where I picked up the truck in Lutz and The Manager told her He took it off. Joyce said She had to charge me and call UHaul!!!

I returned the truck with 3/4 fuel not 5/8th like my receipt said. I was only was given an email receipt I was not offered one at the branch. Agent was excellent with customer service

I was charged a refuel fee when I brought the truck back how I found it. The didn't want to issue me a receipt upon return of the truck they said I would receive one via email with extra fees I wasn't aware of

I was not aware that the 10' trucks do not have loading ramps. Why? A poor assumption on my part cost me time, money and my customer time. I wish this information was more clear at the time of rental and pick up both at the location and on the website.

They charged me for 6 blankets that I never used and the lock was still on it and they also charged me an additional $5.00 for something miscellaneous and then a $25.00 cleaning fee for sweeping out the back and I only transported two business desks this was total BS!!!!!!!!!!

After reserving the truck two weeks, they called the day before my move to tell me that someone else had reserved the same vehicle two hours earlier than me--fortunately they eventually still gave me a truck but I could have been really screwed. This was the Friday of last weekend of the month too--likely no other trucks avail anywhere.

Stop fraudulently charging customer bank accounts! I received a truck that was evidently not cleaned prior to my use. I made certain the truck was clean after my use and I was still charged a cleaning fee. This is a scam on the part of UHaul and clearly a set up for fraudulent charges. I want my money back asap! If I do not have these fraudulent charges placed back in my account this afternoon I will be sharing my experience on all social media platforms. This is ridiculous to say the least!

Our truck was clean. Mechanically, steering was very loose and transmission was out of tune. On the day and time that we picked up the truck, there were only two there and this was the recommended one. It has nothing to do with the location we picked up the truck They were very nice.

Worst customer service ever. The man at the counter would not look over the truck, check gas or mileage, OR give me a receipt. He said he was too busy, however there was NO ONE in the store! After asking him at least 5 times to close out my contract and give me a receipt, he kept saying no, and I left frustrated. The next day I received an email from uhaul with a $25 cleaning fee. I put one piece of furniture in the truck & I had it for a total of 3 hours! What got dirty??? Obviously this location is just trying to scam you for extra money. Don't use this location, everything was horrible!

I made a U Haul reservation yesterday, online, with logged in prices for: The daily rental; "safe move plus" insurance package; $ 0.99/mile mileage fee. At pick up, I was presented with a print out that showed 2x the rental fee and, as per computer screen and female attendant's feedback, a change in mileage fee to $ 1.99 per mileage, resulting in a higher rental price than I had signed up for. As I complained about this discrepancy, the attendant assured me that adjustments would be made when I return the van. I returned the van 5 hours later with a male attendant present who presented me with the same INCORRECT billing statement. As I was questioning the correctness of the billed items, he stated he could not help me as he did not make the computer entries and upon my insistence immediately raised his voice, borderline yelling at me. I thought this is unreal. Even as I pointed his rudeness out, he continued his disrespectful, offensive, and really aggressive "communication" style. I have NEVER experienced such inappropriate behavior in any customer service situation nor at any official U Haul stores (and we have rented quite a few U Hauls in the past). Upon my continued insistence that the statement was incorrect, he made a phone call and the statement was corrected. Clearly, An EXTRAORDINARY situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
