The pickup location was correct. However, I had booked the truck with 2 dollies and 6 blankets, and the dollies were missing, so I received a 25 refund, but didn’t have the time to run to another place to get a couple of dollies. This meant we had to handle most of the moving manually, and the moving help had very limited equipment. I also added 15 dollars of gas to do my moving (80 kms in total), which was obviously not sufficient, as I was charged an additional $38 after the drop off, which was unexpected. On top of that, I later noticed that some of my items damaged or broken by the movers. Overall the experience was not great for me.

Iqbal PMake sure shops owners are properly trained. They should know what kind of vehicle they lenting to customer. So they pass on right information. For instance recently I rented a uhaul 15’ truck for 6 hours. Guy specifically asked where would I like to return the truck I said there is place near my house I will return there. When I went there to return they refused to take that truck by saying it is in town vehicle. I was confused what that mean. And why didn’t that guy told me in morning whom rented me truck in first place.
Ravinder TOff site locations don’t work efficiently for other problems that are present. Off site locations can’t fix those problems. They only pass you the truck key. Problems: where were my blankets, my second dolly?
