Check out process was slow and I was charged for extra rental periods. 2 extra DAYS after I dropped it off 4-5 hours after pickup. I will never rent from here again.

Jonathan VThe problem wasn’t the location, it was U-Haul’s terrible online system. This is the second time in two weeks I’ve had a problem with an online reservation. The people at Primetime Investments were great, U-Haul’s online system and customer service (wait times) is terrible.

Not this locations fault but I was sent here with the expectation that I was getting slightly bigger trailer than I wanted but same price because first location didn't have it after I booked because their site said available. Ended up paying more than double. But this location was great, friendly and easy access.
