This location was fine. The lady was very polite and professional and really helped me out. The manner in which I ended up here is not. I was rented a vehicle at another location which said it was available. The guy called me and asked me to wait 45 minutes. I explained I was trying to work. He called back and said the vehicle was not available and that he rebooked me but it was way further away from my house. Turns out he didn’t rebook me correctly or even give me an option.
