Obtaining the key was not as instructed by mobile app, and it took 15 minutes to check in. It would have been much faster to go into the location.

Hard to understand. Didn't get a hard copy receipt. They told me it would come via email.
James TThe person at this location wanted/expected me to back the truck into a parking spot between other trucks. He dwelled on it and I had to tell him "no" several times. He wasn't very easy to understand and maybe he didn't understand or expect me to say no. I also called five times, and left two messages the previous day to check on their hours for return. So these people can't/won't answer the phone, won't return my call, and expect me to do part of their job when I return the truck, sorry not happening!
JEFFREY WInterior of trailer could have been cleaned better issue with wire harness/trailer lights. Worker was able to swap out for a new harness.
PHILIP JIt’s a convenient store that has the rentals but parking lot is all the way around the building, very easy to navigate.
