MARIA MThe rear tire driver side tire on the trailer was deflated, but I did not realize it until I drove home. The tire pressure was so low that it did not register on my gauge. Secondly, the price I was charged was $258, while I recall being quoted ~$100 less than this over the phone when I made the reservation. My reservation was not emailed to me so I couldn't verify the difference and just paid the amount. Lastly, when I called the location the representative spoke with a low volume making them difficult to understand.
