Jaquilla CThe man at this location was not helpful and was going to leave me to lift this heavy trailer off my trucks hitch all to me! He only came when I insisted and was still not very helpful leaving the heavy lifting to me! I’ll probably look at another rental company if this is how things are handled with U-Haul!!
Jason LObtaining the key was not as instructed by mobile app, and it took 15 minutes to check in. It would have been much faster to go into the location.
