The return process was terrible. The lot to return the truck was blocked off by a truck parked in the return lane. I had to park the truck one block away. I dropped off the key in the return box as instructed. I called them that night and no answer nor return of my phone call. I called the next morning, and they said there was no problem, they had my key and would get the truck. They did not get it until the afternoon, and they charged me a late fee of $20 which is outrageous because they made the return so difficult. I still need to do a rental in the future, and I will not use this location.

One of the best run locations in Denver
Alma MYou need to return the car by making the car on the street. The attendant said you could return it in the app but didn’t say you had to be in the car and need a live screen shot of the odometer so I didn’t end up being able to do that because I had already dropped the key in the drop box. The business is hard to see also. The signage is really small off of a bus street.
Nicole LI informed someone that the radio stopped working. We turned it off to listen to something off our phone via a small speaker but the radio wouldn't turn back on later. Also, being able to patch the cell phone into the truck radio would have been very nice. Also, allowing the speed to go even slightly above the speed limit would be beneficial and safer - I say safer in that the winds were HIGH on this trip and trying to pass semi-trailers that were swaying back-and-forth on the road that made us very nervous to very slowly pass them.
