Freaking horrible experience. Reserved a van for Sunday from 2-6pm, was confirmed for that vehicle and location. Showed up on Sunday at the parking lot to use the Uhaul self-service option (there was no human to talk to) and the website and app wouldn't work saying "location can't be determined". 20 minutes of troubleshooting finally got it going (had to download the Uhaul app which was never suggested). Immediately after getting past the first screen I got a message that said "There is no equipment listed for this reservation. Please call Christopher ***** 24/7 for assistance." Called, no answer. Left a message, never got a call back. Wasted an hour sitting there waiting. Apparently I wasn't going to move anything on Sunday. Called customer service Monday morning and was able to get someone to schedule a reservation for the same location from noon Monday to noon Tuesday (forcing me to take a day off work). On my way there, 30 minutes past noon, someone called me and said "are you still planning on picking up the rental?" to which I said yes. They then said "okay great I'll just update the reservation." Immediately I got a text that said my reservation was now for 2:00pm-6:00pm. Not only was that an hour and a half later (I told the person on the phone I was 5 minutes from the vehicle) but it was also dramatically shorter than what was originally promised in the morning! THEN (I know, it keeps going) when I actually got to the vehicle (the same one from Sunday that I couldn't access...) I was only able to get part way through the self checkout process. I submitted my photo and driver's license and the chat assistant said "photo too blurry, upload another one". So I did. Then I got "photo still blurry, can't complete your checkout. Call this number: ***-***-**** for assistance". As I pulled out a pen to write down the number, within 5 seconds of the chat message, the screen closed and the app said "your chat has been ended". So, obviously, I didn't get the number down. One of the most aggravating and terrible experiences I've had with any rental company. The app is garbage, the scheduling was chaos. If you're going to make me, your customer, do your work for you via the app at least make the process work as promised. Never renting from Uhaul again.

The gentleman, Mel, who assisted us was very cooperative and willing to help. When the first truck we got in was not up to par, he switched us to another. Overall very good experience. Thank you!

Give extra time to empty when it's below zero in temp . and give discount on disability people. Help them out and when you print your bill up have tax on it so it is not a surprise extra money you where not planning on

We reserved our truck pickup time for 7am but the location didn’t open until 8:30am. How does this happen?!?! Apparently this location has tried to ask Uhaul multiple times to stop allowing people to schedule pickup times during non-business hours. Get it together!

erroneous damage report was created 16 days after drop off. any damages were specifically noted on the uhaul documents at pickup location and vehicle had no additonal damage of any kind at time of dropoff. the damage claim was closed, but the question should be why was it ever initated and why so late vs the dropoff time.

I asked for a dolly but did not receive one. I told an employee about this and asked not to be charged for it but I was charged anyway. That was my only issue. Everything else was just fine.

Nothing to improve the service while you're open. The employees were quick and very friendly. The vehicle was perfect. Just work on your self service - I'd tried this the day before and a vehicle hadn't been reserved for me so I couldn't get the vehicle the day I needed it. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We had a terrific experience! Our reservation did not show up as we thought we had booked it - but no problem, the staff took care of us, and even cancelled the reservation we booked incorrectly. They got us on the road quickly and helped us when we returned. The staff bent of over backwards to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back and recommend our many friends and clients.

Your website says that this place has no add-ons such as appliance dollies and furniture blankets, but they have everything there. Glad I checked with them first before heading somewhere else.
