Dawn GThe loading ramp locking pins need to be adjusted, there really tough to get the pins in and out.
Jack SThe return process was terrible. The lot to return the truck was blocked off by a truck parked in the return lane. I had to park the truck one block away. I dropped off the key in the return box as instructed. I called them that night and no answer nor return of my phone call. I called the next morning, and they said there was no problem, they had my key and would get the truck. They did not get it until the afternoon, and they charged me a late fee of $20 which is outrageous because they made the return so difficult. I still need to do a rental in the future, and I will not use this location.
