the man at the desk was kind and I appreciate my interactions with him. however there was not a standing dolly available this day, even though I had rented one, I found this frustrating.

Deborah FVery satisfied! My one suggestion is DO NOT let an overnight renter leave without explicitly telling them where to find the key dropbox. It's not super obvious and it took me 30 very stressful minutes (it was late, I was tired and out of brain juice) to find it. But otherwise a very satisfying experience. Thanks!
