Make sure truck is in safe driveable condition! The right side mirror was loose and would. It stay up when driving. I was basically driving a 26 foot truck with car transport trailer blind on the right-not safe.

RJ provided excellent service and was very friendly

Just some minor improvements to the equipment. Lubricate the ratchet assembly and replace the rubber locks for the chains.

Not a great place to return a larger trailer. Parking lot very difficult to navigate. Attendant did not seem will to assist with parking in a tight spot.

I'm so annoyed. I had a coupon for Budget rental that was $10 less for the truck and also less per mile. Budget didn't have a furniture dolly, so I decided to pay more for uhaul. The uhaul checkout experience at the gas station was awful. It took about 15 minutes and I'm not sure why. I filled out all my information in advance. Usually when I rent trucks from uhaul it only takes a few minutes. He asked for my credit card and types it in. Then he asked for another credit card. I asked why. He said for verification. Then he types my second credit card into the machine. The guy finally hands me the keys and didn't tell me which truck was mine. I asked him if the dollies are in the truck and he said "I don't know, go check" I checked and they were not. I went back in and told him and he said ok what kind of dolly did you order. I said a furniture dolly and a box dolly. He hands me an appliance dolly. I told him I didn't order this. Then he gives me a box dolly. I asked about the furniture dolly and he said he didn't have one. This is literally why I went with uhaul. When I got back he said the gas tank was at 3/4 when I left. He didn't come out to the truck when I left so not sure why he thought he knew where the gas tank was. Luckily I knew this guy was shady so I took a picture of the gas meter and the odometer before I left. I showed him the picture and he says "ok ok that's fine". I totally busted him in a lie. The return process took another 15 minutes. He kept changing the starting and ending fuel levels on his uhaul app to change how much he was charging me. It was super sketchy. Finally there was a line behind me and he asked me to step aside for the fourth time so he could help someone else. I rolled my eyes and he said I'm all done and free to go. I have no idea how much he charged me. I paid for two dollies and blankets and only got one dolly. It made my move much harder and longer. I'm pissed.

No one walked me around to check out the truck prior to me taking it out he just had me sign at the counter that it was Okay. I had to go out to the truck and get the mileage reading in the end and I accidentally locked the keys in the truck and he had no spare key. The move went well and the truck worked great!

I was charged wrong. They weren't helpful with unhooking the trailer. My card was ran 9 time.

He had no idea I was picking up a trick. It was covered with snow and there was no snow scraper available. I had to use a gas station squeegy. I got no paperwork back except for a carbon copy receipt. It took forever. He changed my drop off location....But then I got an email 2 hours later with a different drop off location. Contractors do not make for a good U-Haul experience....

I was charged for extra miles I did not use and when I tried to get my money back I was told call Uhaul. It is not easy to contact Uhaul as no numbers are listed on the agreement. I will NEVER use Uhaul again. You are thieves. I have a big move coming up and will go with another company. You are thieves. I will tell everyone and anyone what thieves you are. I will go to social media and let everyone know there what thieves you are. I will look for social media sites just to blast and drag your name thru the mud. YOU ARE THIEVES.

I picked my truck up form the Conoco gas station on 38th and Tennyson in Denver CO. My main complaint is with the corporaTE Office of U-Haul. I made the reservation at the Conoco location and for some reason the corporate office changed it to the Federal St. office which I would not use. Because of this we had to redo the entire reservation when I picked up my truck. There was no reason for this as the Conoco had plenty of trucks. The staff there were very friendly and helpful and had me on my way in a short amount of time. I would rent another truck from this location.

Never given a contract to sign. Charged an extra day and extra insurance for 5 total hours and 23 miles of truck rental. I will never use U-haul again. This company is unethical and unprofessional. I was asked how long I needed the truck. I told the agent for a few hours to move some stuff to storage. I was unaware that there was a specific time he was setting for me to have the truck back or he would charge me an extra day, otherwise I would have said 24 hours. It's not the amount of money I am concerned about, it is the principal or not doing right by your customers. $19.99 / day is per day, not for 3 hours.

I spent close to an hour in store to make my reservation ahead of time. When I went to the location to pick up my rental I had to go through the process a second time which resulted in another hour of my time and handing over my credit card numerous times. The day after dropping off my rental I received a phone call that they had not received my vehicle back yet and it was now past due, even though I had returned it 24 hours previously. I will NEVER go back to this location, not even to fill up on gas.

Convenient location for drop-off. This is a gas station. Luckily not too busy, or maneuvering a 20' foot truck could have been challenging. We had no issues.

System was "down." They were just learning how to do this and I ended up waiting over an hour.
