I feel like I got totally ripped off. I thought the rate was $30. Ended up being $40. Plus $40 for miles. Plus taxes and fees. Ended up being $130. I guess it is what it is but your fee structure leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would like a $10 refund for the rental rate. I'm not sure why 29.99 became $40

I reserved the truck at a much closer location, on the day of the reservation I went to that location to pick the truck up and I was told that the reservation had changed and I should have received an email which I did. but it was in my spam box and if you change somebody's reservation you should probably call or text them, not just send them an email when they make reservation at a specific location and then you change it to a completely different location that warrants a phone call or a text at least not just an email or all three. so I arrive to the correct location and then I'm told that my reservation is canceled because I'm late. well, why was I late? because you guys changed my reservation. so I had to wait for the guy to contact the manager at the other location then waited for him to decide if he'd let me use a truck then wait there and watch him fumble around with a tablet. try to figure out how to reserve the truck. all the meanwhile my movers were there waiting and I lost an hour of moving time that was already paid for because you guys changed my reservation and didn't bother to alert me properly.
ERIC AThe location did not appear aware of my reservation. The attendant did not know what he was doing; the process of picking up the truck took 40 minutes. The truck was covered in snow and no snow scraper was in the truck.
DWIGHT BI rented a box truck, letting the clerk know that I only needed one for an hour. The side of the trucks said $19.99. I asked for the smallest one and was told that they were booked for the day but the next size up would be the same price. I rented it to pick up a snowblower from a repair shop. I drove it five miles and returned it within the hour. Before I left, he rang up the order. It was $64. Talk about false advertising. This location is walking distance from my house, but I will not rent from them again. And, whenever my neighbors mention renting a truck or trailer, I will make sure they know about my experience, and I will suggest going elsewhere.
STEPHEN KThe guy helping me added on coverages without my knowledge. My bill should've been much less.
