Our truck was not available. We had to speak with the owner on the phone because the person working was not authorized to help us in the slightest. We are lucky our day had a late start since if it didn't we would have been waiting around until they opened to deal with the issues. I would like to mention the owner did comp our blankets but it was very stressful and I will be using a u-haul corporate site in the future.

It ended up fine, but the reservation somehow disappeared before I got there, which was a hassle apparently the pick up time changed without notice me when U-Haul change the original pick up location. I also got billed a small charge for access mileage, which didn’t make sense based on the original reservation
Jesse WI was charged an extra $95 for fuel and insurance I didn’t order after using the truck for 1 mile. Yes, I drove it a half mile and brought it back. They claimed I used a quarter tank of gas but indicated I had driven one mile. Customer service at u-haul helped me fix it.

wende nI feel like I got totally ripped off. I thought the rate was $30. Ended up being $40. Plus $40 for miles. Plus taxes and fees. Ended up being $130. I guess it is what it is but your fee structure leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would like a $10 refund for the rental rate. I'm not sure why 29.99 became $40
