The vehicle was clean and drove fine, but i be was disappointed that on arrival the agent told me that the website shows not have been able to book this vehicle for me as it had really bad driver side door damage. Since i had Larry taken the time to travel to 2 separate uhauls and was running out of time i accepted it as is. But you should be aware that it should be taken out of driver's to be repaired the door popped open dangerously when you used the door handle and was extremely hard to get closed all the way. While driving it was extremely loud wind and road noise cause the fire was technically not shut all the way. Ideally I'd like at least a partial refund for the condition it was in if at all possible

Miguel was awesome to deal with but under my circumstance corporate was a total disaster... Miguel gets a thumps up but Uhaul get a major thumbs down on communication... Also the AC was broken
Tim PLocation was fine, but it was about 20 minutes from my house, and U-Haul changed the pickup location on me the day before pickup. I drove by 5 pickup locations to get to this one.

Guillermo MMiguel was very accommodating in his personal way, but the location in Denver was not the kind of place I expected. On the other hand, Miguel had the equipment I wanted and he looked after us.
