I was rerouted to this location for drop-off. This location ended up being about 10-15 minutes further away than the location I originally scheduled. I was told this was probably due to demand and needing trucks at this location. This particular location was very creepy and not a great area to be in at night, which was when I was able to drop off the truck. I had to circle around the street multiple times to actually find the drop box for the key. This entire street is full of U-Haul trucks parked on both sides of the road. There is no lighting on the street and the drop-box is located on a fence which is covered in overgrown brush. I don't recommend this drop off location for any one, especially at night.

I made my reservation at the E Colfax location. I expected the unit to be ready at that location. Instead, I was told it was at the S Elati St location. I am elderly, I use only RTD as my source of transportation. You were very rude in how you handled the situation. I would not recommend you ever.
