How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I received my confirmation of my reservation I was not informed I needed the app. I was informed I needed the app when I went to go pick up the truck at its location. The only problem with this location is the powerlines are too strong and phones don't work well which made it hard for me to upload pictures and load the app.
