I rented the trailer for 6 hours, 2:30-8:30 pm. When I picked up the trailer the representative informed me that the location closed at 6 pm, so I should just bring it back in the morning. I wasn't given a time. I returned it at 10:00 am and the representative that day informed me that I was supposed to bring it back b/c they had another rental lined up for the trailer and had to cancel the rental. I wasn't given a time, I wasn't informed there was another appointment. They could have easily called me that morning and I would've gotten on the road sooner. Then, I was charged a $20 late fee. This lack of communication and proactivity on their end shouldn't result in me being charged a late fee.
