The manager korey was great. He explained the rental agreement and there was no hidden charges. The truck was clean and the AC was awesome. Especially being out here in the desert AC is a must. I would recommend anyone that needed to rent a U-Haul to rent it from Desert self storage.
SEAN EVery friendly, knowledgeable, took the extra step to help me because I had reservations at another location but he helped me through the process and I was on my way. I will definitely go to that location again. Need more people to support the U haul location on Dillon DHS!!
TERRY RGit charged over 66.00 for fuel charges when i was texted the receipt! I had pics that truck was returned with the exact amount of gas it had when I got it. I’m without the $ for THeIR mistake and I have to chase my refund. Not nice. Shady. Unprofessional.
