I don’t know where the communication broke down but I had reserved a 5 x 9 utility trailer with ramp and I did call U-Haul to confirm my reservation and when I arrived there was only a 5 x 8 trailer. The person who was on duty said that was all they had. He suggested trying to go to a different location but when you are moving you don’t want to go traipsing around looking for another trailer. It worked out but it was disappointing to not get what I had made a reservation for. There is something that needs to be improved on from actually making a reservation for the vehicle you are expecting to receive at the location you are picking it up at and what is available when you arrive and find out that the reservation doesn’t match up to what’s available.

KAY SManagement had poor customer service on phone call, quickly changed their tone in person. They were helpful but that interaction paired with the mouse feces and the weird human jaw on the floor was what did it for me. Tank was marked higher than it was.
