I rented a U-Haul the week before picked up in one location dropped off in another location because a truck had to go back to a different place and they asked me to pick it up further away from where I was at and they would discount it.! It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had ! Thank God that wasn't the case at desert self storage ! I didn't get the man's name that helped me, but it was such a quick and easy process. I would never rent from anywhere else again especially locally.
