The gentlemen working were very helpful. They helped us make sure we had the correct adapter for the trailer lights. And when we were unable to get to our storage facility due to unexpected roadwork, they helped us extend our rental so we had time to make new arrangements.

This was the 2nd time we picked up at Mac's. Customer service is excellent. The trailer was incredibly dirty outside but we did have a snow storm the day before. I'm truly not complaining. Overall was an easy and good experience. Will definitely use them again
