I like the U-Haul product I believe it can be a great benefit to all customers, however, the last truck that I rented, was very poorly maintained, the check engine light was on, the seat belt indicator on the dash reminded me to use my seatbelt, however, I was using my seatbelt, I always use my seatbelt. The windows and the cab of the truck was definitely not clean. You could barely see out the windshield. And I could tell there was something seriously was wrong with this truck. The customer service that I received was excellent! From beginning to end, they are a great asset! The truck itself is neglected. I will use U-Haul again, but I am going to test drive the unit, truck, before I take it off the lot. I felt very, very unsafe in it. Thank you for providing this service. MARK BSomeone else has used my email address to create an account and there's no clear way to communicate this to uhaul, I'm not based in US so I'm not calling, and I don't see an obvious alternative so I'm requesting call backs whenever I log in (to the number listed on the account, not mine obviously), hoping someone figures out why...
