The people that run this facility have other types of businesses going on as well but as soon as you pull up They are there at the counter. Waiting to see what you've come for and when they know that it's U-Haul immediately ask for your information. Your ID starts the paperwork and once all that's completed then either go to the vehicle or they bring the trailer to you and are very courteous and professional.

We thought the location was open until 1:00 PM, but no one was there for the first drop off attempt at 12:12. Not a big deal though - we figured out how to do the drop off thru the app and think (hope) we got it all done correctly.

Michael EThe trailer bounced from the very start. I thought it might smooth out when loaded. It did not. I had the passenger side forward tire blow out 500 miles down the road....Man named Rick from Beaver Valley Chevron came and brought tires. He check all of the tires. As it turned out both drivers side tires were out of balance and had bulges in them. He changed both of those also. That got us down the road with a smooth trailer....SO I WAS SENT OUT WITH A TRAILER WITH 3 DEFECTIVE TIRES AND PAID $450 DOLLARS FOR THE PRIVILEGE....Money aside, we could have been hurt/killed in an accident due to faulty tires....How is it possible to rent a trailer with 3 of 4 tires defective!
Ed HThere's a severe disconnect between the 1-800-go-u-haul and the local rental location. This is not new. I have experienced this phenomena before. What I am guaranteed online is not how it is at the local office at all. If I reserve the 26' truck online it won't matter because Dillon, MT never gets a 26' truck. I spoke to a few online people, they guaranteed it would happen, but it didn't and it won't. I was only able to rent a 20' truck in Dillon. Why U-Haul? Why?
