Paul WThe drop of was scheduled for a 9:45 on a Saturday. U-Haul had the location as being open on Saturday's from 9-12. The location was not open and there was nobody there. I had to do a mobile check in and because of bad cell reception, I'm not sure if the check in was every properly completed. Again this process just seemed mismanaged and inefficient.
Harley MOur price tripled from when we rented a trailer 2 weeks ago, the boise store said the Donnelly store set the prices because he did not want them dropped off there. That was certainly confirmed when I dropped off in Donnelly. He was very rude and very ungrateful for the business. We have had positive experiences prior but if this is the new rates and the new standard of service in Donnelly at the Long Valley Farm drop off location then I will not be using U-Haul again. He clearly doesn't want the business.
