Vincent SWhen you enter that place you have to walk around and look for somebody they are in an office behind a closed door with no markings. We ordered a truck and a trailer with the description of our vehicle. We get home that night we go outside late at night because we’re gonna leave in the morning and my truck will not fit on the dolly. It was after hours we called the 800 number they left two messages to please call any immediately fix this problem they never did call and did not call the following day. I actually called them and told him that we had to put a different vehicle on that dolly because they did not give us the right one and asked him to please fix it we drove to Lewiston Idaho, where they gave us a toy hauler and there was no way to tie it down or anything I spent almost $200 on tiedowns trying to keep my truck secured on that toy hauler. We saw other vehicle haulers on the road who just had a regular dolly like we asked for where it was well equipped why we did not get one. I do not know all this mess set us behind several hours on our journey of eight days to Alaska.
SUSAN FI never have had a bad experience. Plus the app and the text makes things easy as well. The location in Donnelly is easy to find and has a good selection of what you might need to get what you need.
