When returning the rental of which I paid for in cash I was only offered a gift card or to have a check mailed to me, if I paid in cash why wasn’t I given my deposit back in the same form of payment that I paid for the rental in.

BRENDAN CYour representative at this location was awesome. She went far and beyond to help me out with switching out trucks because the one I ordered was not what I needed. She called her manager to see if it was possible to switch out trucks. The truck was clean and we'll kept, same as the trailer. Would do business with them again!
