The rear tire on the right side needs to be inspected for a slow leak. It only had 20 psi of air in it. Also, the electric brakes would not react at all when I did the sensitivity setup on my truck.

So everything about this rental was terrible.My complete experience was terrible.I went on the website on saturday and I made my reservation.I made my reservation for another location that I could actually walk into and talk to a person. About maybe 10 minutes later, I received a phone call from a lady that works at U-Haul. Letting me know that the U-Haul I wanted was not available at that location. I then explained to her that I wanted that location specifically because of the time that it closed and I would be actually talking to a person she told me that I could use another location that had it. But I would have to do a pickup after hours. Because the location would be closed, she then told me that I had to download the app. I was already driving, and she was telling me to download the app, which is unsafe. By the way, I got to the location, obviously it was closed. I called her back to walk me through the app. Since I had never used it. Able to get that truck get the keys and there was nothing that was sent to me or told to me about the mileage on the vehicle. Because nobody was there. And I don't trust U-Haul, which is specifically why I wanted to go to a location with a physical person. I took a video of the mileage before even leaving, and I took a video and pictures of what the gas was at. I left I had the rental for 2 days. I returned it yesterday as I was supposed to and I get charged extra. Because of the mileage, I tried to tell the lady at the store. Hey This is what the mileage was. I'm not sure what you guys had in your system. But when I got into that, you haul, I took a video purposefully, because I know that you guys like to lie about dumb stuff like this. She told me that's what it was. And that I verify the knowledge I told her I did not because nothing was sent to me. And while I was doing the app, I was actually on the phone with a representative and she mentioned absolutely nothing to me about mileage again. Which is why I took a video? So that I could have evidence for myself now, the lady at the U-Haul station said there was nothing. She could do for me, but she gave me a number to contact someone. I am just trying to understand why is it a discrepancy at all? Now, my issue is, if I'm talking to someone you would think that they would let me know. Hey There's supposed to be something additional that you do to verify the mileage that was never said to me. I already did not like the fact that when I did my first reservation. That location had what I needed. But then they didn't. So I was already frustrated and let her know like, Hey, this is the inconvenience for me, because now, instead of talking to a person, I have to download an app. And I have to go to a whole nother location, which is out of my way. I did not like the fact that they had the vehicle in stock. But then didn't have the vehicle in stock, which is someone's not doing their job at that location. By checking in a vehicle, so if you guys do not get back to me in a timely manner. I will be disputing this charge. With capital one and I will send video evidence which I have, and it's timestamped, because I do not like the fact that y'all think y'all can play with me.Terrible experience.I would not be recommending your facility to anybody
