They overcharged me by $280 dollars saying i traveled 388 miles but i only traveled maybe 70 miles

Dehn GThe running lights on the trailer did not work, causing me to drive with my flashers on at night and during rain
Douglas LWe self check in and the keys were not in the lock box. There were two other people at the location that had the same problem. We had to wait 45 minutes until the business opened to get keys What would have happened if it was Sunday and they were not ppen.
JOHN HHad issues at pickup where the keys were not in the lockbox which caused a delay. A worker there was able to assist eventually.
