They wanted me to take a trailer that I didn't rent. The trailer had no jack to lift it which is ridiculous on a big trailer. Then they gave me 50.00 off my bill for taking it. But it ended up costing me more in gas to drop it off before going to my location because trailer wouldn't work for where I was going then they charged me 10.00 for it. So for 50.00 savings it costed me and extra 20 or 30 dollars and alot of hassle. I would never do that again wasn't even close to being worth my time and hassle. By the way your welcome.

Stephen MI owner surcharged me , i didn't added coverage so he added coverage by himself and when i confronted him of stealing started being rude and said to complaint to u haul He didn't asked m while adding and it felt like betrayal
KARAN VArrived at location at 9am (as receipt said drop-off is at 9am) and come to find out they don’t open until 9:30. Not a huge deal. Man at front desk didn’t offer to help un hook the trailer. At the pick up location they were very helpful… this one not so much. It’s a good thing I brought my husband with me or else I would have been screwed trying to figure out how to un hook it. They should definitely add that to their website or something that they won’t help you hook up/un hook trailer at this location. Kind of ridiculous!
