I owner surcharged me , i didn't added coverage so he added coverage by himself and when i confronted him of stealing started being rude and said to complaint to u haul He didn't asked m while adding and it felt like betrayal
KARAN VThe man we dealt with was totally hostile. He gave away our trailer we had reserved first to the lady who got double booked after us.. then when confronted, he was so rude and told us to go somewhere else if we were not happy. Will never book through Drayton Valley again!!!

Erik MThere was NO jack on the trailer. The agent refused help, stating they do not offer curb side assistance. My husband had to leave work to help me lift the trailer on to my hitch. Had we known it would be this way I would have rented elsewhere.
