There was nobody at the drop off except what seemed to be a member of the cleaning staff who from a far yelled put key in drop box and that was it.
Tanya EPickup location was a compromise from original pickup in hinton. Process was slow due to website difficultie
David HI picked up the truck & didn’t get it for 20 mins after my scheduled pickup time, even though I checked in on app & entered all my info. I asked for 2 dollies & none were in the truck. I didn’t notice since normally in other sites they are put in the back of truck before pick up. When I called the site they asked me to come back for the dolly and when I said I didn’t want to add millage to the rental he hung up on me. In all my experience was not pleasant.
Silvia JBooked motorcycle trailer not available at the location, person at the location is not responding properly, no help with trailer hook up, charged more than the booked online, very disappointed just rented for 30 mins, overall experience is not good
